Look for the metal payment box located behind the cashier.

Have your payment automatically deducted from your bank account on the 25th of each month.

TO ENROLL:

• Complete the Electronic Bank Draft Authorization Form 
• Include a voided check
• Mail completed form and voided check to:

 We can automatically charge your debit or credit card on the 25th of each month.

To set this up, please call us at (360) 747-7869 and provide the card you'd like us to use.
